Who broke the stand?

Amidst the hustle and bustle of the crowded street, Parrot found a moment to take a brief respite. He excused himself to the nearby restroom and returned to his hotdog stand, anticipating a peaceful end to the day. However, what awaited him was an unsettling scene: the stand lay in disarray, its once pristine facade now marred by the aftermath of some mischievous act. Four youngsters lingered nearby, their innocent facades belied by the ominous atmosphere that hung in the air.

“Richard, who is responsible for this destruction?” Parrot inquired.
