How to start deducing picture

Deducting is the fun part of this whole Sherlock process.

There are many layers in deducing and the deeper layer you get, the more information you’ll have and the harder it is for people to believed that you know it from just looking.

A lot of people just stop at Layer 1, which is pointing out the obvious.

You see a lot of anime posters, ” this person must like anime.”

You see a cup on the right side, ” this person must be right handed”

The deduction is true, but where’s the fun in that, where’s the amazement in that.

However, it is essential to deeper Layers.

Let me give you some example of Layer 2.

You see a lot of anime poster, but there is a poster of transformer.

Could this person have a different hobby or there is another person living here?

You see a cup on the right but the guitar in the corner is for left handed person.

Adding one and two, you have a conclusion there’re 2 people living in this room.

This is the brainy part, this is the real Deduction.

Deducting possibilities from clues to come to a conclusion.

Layer 3: This room looks like an adult room and has male and female clothes. The 2 people living here are probably couples.

I skipped a few steps there but you get the idea.

Deducting is just possibilities on top of possibilities, data on top of data.

This is the basic idea of deduction, i will give you more techniques in later post.
