Lack of Calluses = Don’t work out or work physically often. *Notice “often” because one can work with tools but don’t have calluses.

The hair tie worn on his hand has a thin section from being worn and torn apart by his hair = long hair. He used flash on this pic so it’s safer to say he doesn’t need to use his hair tie = it’s HIS hair tie instead of a possibility of girlfriend.

Wall texture being neutral color + flat = high chance of living in a developed country.

Teenager + living in a developed country + no tan + chubby = no sports. Teenagers in developed countries, if they play sport, it would usually be for school, and it would require decent amount of time outside.

Flaws in Deduction

Bunk bed: can be seen in a house with siblings, OR in college dorm. You need to use more information like models or wall textures in to deduce with precision. This just happens to be right in this situation.
